录取后发现专业选择错了，还能补救吗？

干了一件乌龙的事情，最近申报了一所学校，填错了专业，选择了fast track MBA 而我需要申报的是普通的MBA。 我就这样稀里糊涂提交了资料，参加了面试，并得到了条件性录取邮件。我看了一下网页，fast track MBA 和 普通的MBA 入取要求是一样的，我还有可能让学校帮我换专业吗，还是我要重新申报一边啊。有同学遇到过类似情况了。我真够乌龙的了。。。

算了，我自问自答吧。发个邮件给面试的老师，专业就换了了

Yes, you can ask the school. I think the best would be to call them up and speak to someone specific. Also you need to have a good reason of why you chose the wrong program. If you just say “whoops, it was an accident” it doesn’t seem very serious. I think the best would be to give some reason about why you want to change. “I initially chose the fast-track program because aaaaaa, but now, something changed, and because of bbbbb it would be much better for me to attend the regular program, is that possible?”

Thank you for the instruction. I think I was lucky because I directly confessed the mistakes to the interviewer who gave me the interview while she helped me change the program on their end. It is really an accident with good ending. Thank you again！
