本题楼主选了B，看了答案的解释也翻了CD上之前大家的讨论，楼主还是认为该选B


题目说
1：对于unrefined oil, quality不能由acidity定义
2：对于unrefined oil, oleic acid per liter越少 - quality越高
3：对于oil(这里没有说refined oil，我不知道有些同学的解答是怎么把第三句看成是只针对refined的oil的), portion of oleic acid 是acidity 的精确测量
这题目不就是在说1：quality根acidity无关根acidity的多少无关。2：quality由oleci acid的portion多少来定义 (portion多少不就是per liter的多少么)
所以C不对，因为quality不由acidity定义与acidity多少无关。
比如A,B,C三种unrefined oil，acidity分别为1,2,3，但是他们的portion of oleic acid是多少不知道，可能A的portion of oleic acid是最高的啊，所以没法分别quality。
而B，就是题目123句话说的意思，（quality不能由acidity定义），quality only只能由oleic acid 的portion来定义，oleci acid的portion就是对acidity的accurate measure，所以quality only只能由accurate measure of acidity来定义。有人说这里题目没说only，楼主认为这个only说明了对acidity的排除，即只跟oleic acid portion有关，是说的通的。

楼主认为根据题目，acidity和oleic acid就是不同的两种东西，仅有的联系就是portion of oleic acid是acidity的精确测量，而这个精确测量不等于正相关的联系---即acidity越高portion of oleic acid就越高的这么一层联系。比如某油他的acidity很高，但精确测量后，结果发现其实portion of olei acid很低，这个可能性才是题目隐含的意思---即这两者间没有相关性，所以才需要”精确测量“啊！

不知道楼主的理解是否有说服力，虽然是老题目了，也希望和大家探讨。
