西北的MSMS只招收西北的学生？

昨天给MSMS发邮件问我的eligibility，今天收到这么一封邮件：

As a part of Kellogg’s routine review of degree programs, the school has decided to transition the MS in Management Studies Program into a program drawing students solely from Northwestern University. As a candidate who is unable to apply, we understand your disappointment and know that you will be successful in securing alternative post-graduate plans.

不知道啥情况，不过我已经送了分了，这下亏大发了。

网站上也改了我昨天发邮件的时候还没改
In order to be eligible for the Kellogg School of Management’s MS in Management Studies Program, applicants must be currently attending Northwestern University with plans to graduate by June 2018, or have graduated from Northwestern during the 2016-2017 academic year. Candidates with greater than one year of work experience are encouraged to explore our MBA options.

omg 这个项目最初就是只招西北的学生前两年对大家都开放了今年又改回去了么orz..
