请教一题： OG2016, RC7， ecoefficiency的那题

请教各位：

RC7 （OG2016）上关于A和E的解释：no suggestion that these companies will abandon eco-efficeiency ......;可是A选项说的是'with no guaranrtee that...',也没有说是abandon啊？E选项是unlikely虽然语气重了点，但是我勉强还能接受abandon的解释

我一开始的理解是A错在：make further improvement上，文章好像没有提到；A错在development of new and innovative....上，文章也没有提到；文章只是说应用ecoefficiency增加了...，没有说利润增加后继续...

不知道是不是钻牛角尖了，请大家帮忙指正！

你好，我首先觉得 no guarantee这个表达没问题，文章14-15行有提到。然后我觉得就是 make further improvement不对。因为原文说的是 不保证资本回会流到eco-efficiency 行业，而不是继续把钱用来提高eco。
