我也是，我自己買的，消失後我又重新用碼，結果又消失，又用碼
現在碼不能用了（他說已經用在三台電腦）也是pack2
我有寫信去反應，他還沒回我。我英文不太好怕他看不懂，樓主也可以寫信去問一下，有回妳的話順便分享下！

好的，请问同学你用的是什么电脑系统啊，我同学和我系统不同就没消失

你试一下重新下载prep官方软件，我的就是先输入码没反应，然后重新下一次软件就进去了。然后又不见了，再重新下一次又自己出现了，也不知道自己算是用了几次、、、、、、、

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

I took a look at your code and I see that your Exam Pack was activated a few times and deactivated as well. I can also see that you are currently attempting to activate on a new device. If you have updated/upgraded operating systems, then it will act as a new activation with a different computer ID as well. You will need to deactivate this pack from one of your previous computers in order to activate it again. You will also need to deactivate this pack before your computer goes through any upgrades for the operating system.
