题目是If people have the opportunity to get a secure job, they should take it right away rather than wait for a job that would be more satisfying.

我的答案：In today's increasing vigorous job market, two-way selection has become the most typical way of job hunting. Both job hunters and employing units are facing equal chances of mutual-assessment. Such a hiring mode marks the noticeable progress of modern economy. Blessed with a large source of job offers, candidates have the freedom to determine what kind of employer or company suits them best. For this reason, I don't think maintain a secure job instead of waiting for a better one is not a constructive idea, and working in a more satisfying enterprise can be beneficial in many aspects.

  For a start, the common expectations of people who want a better job position is to gain a higher and stable income and better welfare. Hence, by gain employment in a more satisfying enterprise, a person's overall living standard and life quality can be greatly improved. Large companies, for instance, are capable of supplying the best working conditions and welfare for their staff, including the installation of advanced office facilities, the maintenance of comfortable working environment, etc. On the other hand, job that are more secure tend to lack the accommodation of thorough employee services.

  Moreover, people who set their minds on obtaining a more stable job always end up in a position that they dislike or have no interest with. However, only when people is working for what really appeals to them do they gain the proper motivation to contribute, and if they are handling with something they are not passionate about, it is virtually impossible for them to achieve self-promotion or professional success. Take my uncle for example, he grew up with his parents expectation of becoming an accountant, because they consider such a job is needed no matter how the world change. However my uncle aspired to study computer the first time he saw one, forced by his parents, he eventually went to an accountant college and graduate with disappointment. He's now nearly forty and never experiences job crisis. But according to him, he's so tired of it all, and even though he have the most secure job in the world, he still feels unhappy of his unsatisfied job.

In a nutshell, ambitious individuals should make the determination to gain a more satisfying employment in a better company, for the pursuit of a high quality life.
