Thx! I saw both U of R and U of F are tire 2 in your post, but surprised that U of F business school is constantly higher than U of R in UTD rank. So I originally thought U of F maybe better and its placement seems more stable (heard rumor that U of R placement in recent years is not that good)

其实这两所学校已经讨论过了。希望你能来Buffalo。Buffalo历史非常悠久，历年来Placements很不错，很多人去了Top School，Buffalo作为非Top学校，是其他任何非Top学校无法做到的。Kansas University目前处在上升时期，但总体而言还没有超过Buffalo。另外，如果回国的话，Buffalo的认知程度显然高于Kansas。

那个Placement List是差不多40多年以来的所有毕业生，每年毕业生非常少，没有按年份排。最近几年没有很突出的，基本没有去 Top School的，不能和前些年相比。预测Buffalo和Kansas在将来几年内的Placements差别不大，如果Research做得好，都有机会去Research School，这一点确定无疑，当然也可以去Industry。如果您只有这两个Offers的话，可以从别的方面考虑，如课程设置，资助额度，地理位置，氛围等等。顺便说一句，中国国内Buffalo的认知程度明显高于Kansas。

是呢，buffalo是大州州立，Kansas想多来讲确实有点村呢！请问楼主是buffalo的学生吗？这边的老师年龄上普遍有点年长，请问是否active？感谢
