我的问题点在于，选项D和E之中 comparable作为形容词，与之前的Loas has a land area 之间毫无从句结构，甚至没有动词，难道不是句子结构不完善么？ 求大神指教

你是想说这个句子应该写成 A has something as B do 是吧。但是这不是唯一正确的比较方式啊，在这个句子里也并没有这样的正确选项。

正确选项是A has something comparable to that of B, 这里是完全同类的两个东西在比较（land area vs. land area)。 ＝ The land area of Laos is comparable to that of Great Britain。
