申请的时候需要提供资产证明吗？

我可是一穷二白，全靠贷款呢。

如果要提供资产证明，我简直不用申请了。

Official GMAT scores, TOEFL Scores, and Residency and Finance forms must be received to be consider complete. Incomplete applications will NOT be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.

有的需要，有的不需要的，但是学校一般会这么说

要不你先把申请交出去，然后再想办法弄financial forms

这个financial form到底是要填什么东西？有什么重要作用（是否给奖学金/录取）？

偶在MICHIGAN的网页上也发现了这个：

Q: Are there special  requirements for international students applying to the MBA program?

.........................

A: International applicants are required to submit a statement verifying their ability to meet all expenses for each academic year for visa purposes. Expenses for 2003-2004 are approximately $56,816 and an increase of roughly 5% can be expected each year. Our MBA program is a two-year, 60-credit hour program, and cannot be completed in a shorter period of time. This requirement is described in great detail on Form 13 of Michigan's application forms.

问题是我要是不能付得起这么多钱，再写financial statement又有什么意义？可不可以先不填？等学校录取了，再找贷款（UM是有花旗银行的NO CO-SIGNER贷款D）

请前辈帮忙呀！
