收到了UCL的视频面试通知，上网搜集了各种问题的集合，其中有两个问题不能理解，求各位大神帮忙分析分析思路啊，小女感激不尽~

1.      What sort ofcontribution do you expect to give to fostering knowledge creation?

2.      Key challengein fostering better education/innovation all over the world/ in the country youchoose? / What is the key challenge in learning finance or in the career plan?

这两题从哪个角度入手回答比较好？感觉题目很宽泛
