27岁+的女生是否有必要到美国读MBA？

Age is only one of the factors to be considered. You will need to really look into yourself, your work experience, your attitude, and most importantly, your desired lifestyle and achievement. Can your current background and past experience support you to get you what you want? Are you ok to be who you are now, get married, build a family, and continue on? MBA is not for everyone, but please don't let your speculation of age disadvantage be the only reason stopping you from applying. After all, as we age, there is only so much room for regret.

首先，为什么觉得做research要读MBA？你说的难道是行研？
然后，我觉得27+多年轻啊！天哪！27岁左右就觉得自己年纪大了？楼主好年轻的啊！国内女性现在的性别年龄焦虑感也太强了！27岁还好多人做志愿者，gap，创业呢！完全不用担心，这个年纪念书正适合！

认真看了楼上各位的回复。楼主是想做研究员，在美国或者回国都可以接受。年龄这个问题可能主要是二胎放开后，国内职场性别歧视还是有点严重的

想请教一下，学校会调查工作到什么时间的profile吗？我没有辞职考试，不过申了几家发现好像学校也并不去考证我到底是不是在职状态....（申的不是美国的，主要英国hk）

和找工作時一樣.........如果你CV上gap了一段長時間, 正常也會被問幹了甚麼的...........

要不直說去了考GMAT (school: wtf? resign for a simple exam like GMAT?)
要不就撒謊說去了XXX (pray that they wont find that out then......)

可是不找个专门的时间准备的话，实在是忙不过来，能力有限 ...

除非是OT到像每周70小時以上的級別, 否則建議三思.

(每周70小時就大概是周一至五全日除了睡覺都被工作填滿, 尚有周六日空閒的程度. 這個程度去用周六日考GMAT是可行/可以忍受的.)

投資在Business Degree上, 本身就是一種對career 有committment的意向反映, business school也會expect 學生有頗強的抗壓能力.


This is a pre-training. Preparation for the busy schdule of busy MBA coursework + network + job hunting (+ settling down in a new place) all at the same time.
Better to get use to this before going rather than all at the same time.

额不是。。我想问的是，我觉得好像我cv上写着在职，但学校并没有去考证我是不是真的在职。。所以那些辞职去考试的人，似乎也可以写自己在职？
（虽然我是一直在职的，都说离职对申mba很不好，所以没敢离职

那你就賭一賭運氣, 賭學校不像任職新公司時一樣, 會問你要離職信之類文件來證明你的工作經驗.......

大家都知誠信這東西有多重要.......
