So I think you have a good strong profile, and you have a great dream!
You do of course have to hit that GMAT score to make it happen
Otherwise you have a very god profile, but it's one weakness is that it is a relatively common one. You are going to have tons and tons of people (and Chinese people) from the Big 4 applying to B-school in the US, and in order to stand out it is important that you offer them something unique, original, and passionate about yourself. Meaning in your application, you have to show how you are both: stronger than other candidates, and more diverse. It can be with extra curricular activities, community service, hobbies, sports, entrepreneurial ventures.... but the important thing is to show that you are you.
It's true about the salaries. And as for school selection - any top 20 school should be good, and that will depend on your GMAT as much as your application.
