券商硕士门槛是针对应届生而言的。作为前台人事，如果你没有工作经验，只能靠华丽的学历来裱装自己，不然你怎么和客户高管交流呢。在四大三年如果要从事券商前台，可以不需要硕士了哈，当然好券商如前几大还是要的，如果你要读mba,回来最好是冲着外资前台。如果只是国内的券商，不建议出去读书。而且女生其实再过两年身体熬不住前台的强度

其实读MBA不错，好学校的平均年龄都是28，因为一般都要五年工作经验

Hey there,
Well what you want to do is a "Career change", and although it is not the ONLY way to change careers into banking/finance, doing either an MBA or a Masters in Finance are great ways to make that happen (and to go work in the US). I don't feel like a part-time program is right for you, as you want to make a career change (it's better for people who want to continue in their current industry), and will not likely get you what you want.

I wouldn't however suggest quitting just now. It becomes much harder to apply to an MBA if you don't have a job. You can of course look for a job in finance as you are working and that can be a good alternative, but changing jobs is not immediate, so please be patient!
