又遇到几个短对话不明白，希望hankvision老师能帮忙解答（highlight的是我不明白或不会翻译的）：

1 M: There's a group of us going skiing this weekend, are you interested?

W: Not on your life, don't you remember that trip to Mountain Hope, when I went up to (前往) the cast for two month?

2 W: Hi Mike, I hear you and Peter down a new place.

M: Yeah, the apartment is pretty nice, but after living there a couple of months, I am wondering if I can afford to stay in it.

3 W: I find Dr N's style of lecturing is so tedious.

M: Isn't it? And I've got a short of tension span.

1。 wind up in cast 我落下个打上石膏的结局。

wind up 落下什么样的结局，以...结束。wound wind做动词的过去式

cast 石膏（她的骨头摔断了，打了石膏）

not on your life 只要你活着，我就不会和你去。你上次把我害惨了。

2。听力原文有问题。我要核对。所以请告诉我题号。

3。a short attention span

注意力集中的时间段很短。（讲课内容太无聊，我只能注意力集中一会儿就走神了。）

span 横跨，跨度
