是的，HBS的essay要重点写关于leadership的，并且着重于你已经是一个leader，挖掘过往经历里面leadership的故事。谢谢你的建议。 ：-）

Thank you Jon for the thorough advice. I started essay writing from November. It has been difficult since I am applying for five schools, and I want to customize the essay for each school so I did not even use the same paragraph twice. As you said, elaborating the career goal and linking the experiences together to tell a holistic story are the keys. Thank you again for helping all the applicants on CD.
