正确答案是B，而对于A，我的理解是如果儿童得了其他病，他们的免疫系统就受破坏，那么他们就很容易感染这种流感，所以A为什么不行呢？

首先A说，对于免疫系统受到其他疾病削弱的孩子，危险的传染病（本题里特指flu）对他们危害很大。但是题干里面说，flu对老人的危害也很大（if not最大），那么凭什么应该先给小孩儿打预防针，不能先给老人打预防针呢？这是年龄歧视么？

同意楼上的观点。既然对孩子，对老人危害都很大，那为什么建议给小孩打疫苗，而不给老人打？A项明显是削弱了health professionals' recommendation，而不是加强

这题什么逻辑都不用想，用5岁小孩的理解能力做：
题干里有3个东西：
老年人，儿童和病。
老年人和病关系已知，儿童确定和病没有直接关系。
如果最后儿童和病可以发生任何关系，剩下的唯一一种可能途径是不是必须通过老年人？也就是儿童和老年人之间需要有关系？
找一个选项同时提到“儿童”和“老年人”的就是正确答案。
