有大神能教我下怎么区别比较结构和比较从句的吗。。

每次做题有比较总是错，比如说一会儿是 I have more apples than she (does). 是SV和SV比，SV有时候可以省略。
一会A recent review of pay scales indicates that ,on average,CEO's now earn 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers,as compared to 42 times their pay,the ratio.为什么这里不是 CEO's now earn as compared to blue-collar workers do 而是 times 比较。。。
