前提 和 结论的时间关系 有点迷惑

前提：D在职期间 工作增加 平均新增job的工资比年平均薪资高
结论：D的任职市长期间 城市的平均工资一直到稳定增长

我的经验是，判断果因还是因果，就看哪个事情先发生的。

这个情境下，肯定是工作增加，工资增加，平均薪资增高，最后才可以导致城市平均工资稳定增长。
