第一，为什么要用greater而不是more？第二：the greater was their likelihood of having cd和the greater they had a likelihood of cd在意思上差在哪里了。这种题总是做错，求大神指教！！多谢！！！！

more指的是数量上的多少，great指的是可能性的大小，意思是得心脏病性的概率变得更大。
