Over the last five years, demand for hotel rooms in Cenopolis has increasedsignificantly, as has the average price Cenopolis hotels charge for rooms.  These trends are projected to continue forthe next several years.  In response tothis economic forecast, Centennial Commercial, a real estate developer, isconsidering a plan to convert several unoccupied office buildings it owns inCenopolis into hotels in order to maximize its revenues from these properties.

但是如果转换之后得到的利润并不如他们预期的利润（客人没有原生Hotel多），不应该也是考虑因素么？

对 我也考虑过这个问题 但是这里面并没有提到客人减少后的转换hotel和原来office的比较 所以就算无关项了？

此题逻辑，计划实施导致收入最大化，注意题干内的unoccupied一词，也就是说办公室收入为零。故E无论是与否都会增加利润，排除掉。B若为真，则有一种可能性（宾馆不比办公室收入高）是不必实施计划就可以收入最大化；注意这里还有一种可能性是宾馆比办公室收入高，但是GMAT的逻辑要一个在题目内天衣无缝的唯一因果，这里存在一个无因有果的可能性就意味着削弱，故选B。
