关于Due to的用法

Prep08上面讲解的是due to 与caused by 是一个意思，而与because of 不是一个意思。
那具体是怎么替换呢？
1.Due to bad weather, classes have been cancelled today.这个句子是正确的吗？
Cancellation of classes today is due to bad weather.（prep08里说这个句子是错误的，但是改成Cancellation of classes today is caused by bad weather，不是也说得通的吗？）


Incorrect: The game was postponed due to rain.
Correct: The game was postponed because of rain
Correct: The game's postponement was due to rain.
这三个句子我也搞不懂。。第一个句子换成caused by 不是一样能够理解吗。。。
求帮忙！我已经晕了。。。

这是Ron大神2010.09.23课上的截图，如果看不明白，去找一下视频吧。简单来说 due to只可以作为Noun Modifier，noun Modifier 要紧靠着被修饰的名词。
1.Due to bad weather, classes have been cancelled today.这个句子是正确的吗？
这个句子是错误的，due to bad weather修饰最近的名词，也就是主句的subject： classes， classes due to bad weather明显是错误的。


Cancellation of classes today is due to bad weather.（prep08里说这个句子是错误的，但是改成Cancellation of classes today is caused by bad weather，不是也说得通的吗？）
due to是Noun Modifier，最近的名词是today， today is due to bad weather是错误的。
cause是动词，Cancellation of classes today is caused by bad weather是个普通的被动句。这好理解吧。

Incorrect: The game was postponed due to rain.   这里作为noun Modifier ，无法修饰主句 The game was postponed。
Correct: The game was postponed because of rain.   because of 作为副词短语修饰主句The game was postponed。
Correct: The game's postponement was due to rain.    due to 作为noun Modifier修饰 postponement。

Due to放在句首，90%错

主要看due to 能否翻译成caused by
第一个句子主语是game，用caused by 就是game 由于rain 是没有逻辑的
第三个句子主语就是游戏的推迟 是caused by rain 句子意思就通了。
