有一家real estate agent的宣传页上这样写的：由于the anverage prices of home doubled in the recent five years, but the prices of stock market declined in the same period. And if you invest in a home, you'll enjoy living in the home, and the value will increase, but stock won't. So every one should invest in a home, rather than stock market.
