seems you don't get the point of my question:
is the requirement of "top 35 85%, non top 35 90%" applicable for all program in LSE?
or it is just equal to the 1st honour, or 2nd upper honour requirement in some of LSE program?
since if this ("top 35 85%, non top 35 90%") is treated as equal to the 1st honour requirement, then this means that they will have a lower requirement (e.g. top 35 80%, non top 35 85%, just imaginary) for those program which only require 2nd up instead of 1st hon, and thus you can fight for those program.
and if this ("top 35 85%, non top 35 90%") is treated as equal to the 2nd up requirement (and thus the lowest admission requirement of LSE), then you can forget about LSE at all, and fight for whatever UCL or Warwick.
