Hey there,
Well with your international skills and your US experience, you definitely have an advantage over many other Chinese candidates. Both your schooling and your work experience seem very solid, and the one thing that is missing now is your GMAT. A lot will depend on it, so it’s hard to say at this point what schools you should aim for. Obviously, the higher the GMAT, the better B-school programs you can aim at.
As for Canada vs. America, that’s up to you to decide where you want to work, but if you go to a good school and are recruited, you should be able to get a good job in the US too, if that’s what you prefer.
