V2:1.Two management approach in the company
第一段:Technocenter-approach, the traditional model is top-down. Such approach was raised with the intent to reduce the labor cost and increase the productive efficiency. However this is not the case, such approachis not that efficient. It fails to increase the productivity, arouse the problem of employee’s moral and hierarchy, and lacks the participation. Ex: banking industry. At present, the organization need to decentralize the power to emphasize worker's participation, thus making the organization more efficient.  

第二段: Recommended by the author, organization-approach,which is preferable, decentralized the power in the organization. The advantage is that such approach will encourage employees’ participation. Though organization-approach is based on the assumption that the employees and the manager share the same goal, the worker's participation do improve the productive efficiency.

V3:
1. 以技术人员为核心的系统不好
以前的方式大致是一种以技术人员为核心的系统构建方式（应该指的是企业的ERP系统），它的目标是减少成本和提高产量，而且它构建了一个hierachy体系，但是这种战略很多时候并没有起到这些作用，而且阻碍了企业的发展。比如说，在BANKING行业里，这种战略影响了moral和员工的效率。
2. 介绍一种新的organization-centered的战略
介绍一种新的organization-centered的战略，就是倡导在implement new system时加强员工的参与，尤其是使用系统的员工的参与，以增强沟通。而且新的战略强调decentralization。但是这个模式也有局限，比如assumption是建立在employee participation，并和manager share the same goal。虽然有这个缺陷，但是这种新战略还是对企业更有好处。

问题：

Q2:新的战略的拥护者会认为银行业失败的原因是什么？

1.美国女性与scouting camp
(1) 以下对1930年的scouting camp的描述哪个最正确？Not so focused on encouraging women to show talent in public (文章最后一段提到，1930年的时候scouting camp shifted its focus, but in 1960 it has come back to its original focus as to encourage public speaking etc. 那1930年其实就是对1960年的描述取反）
(2) Why did schorlars think scouting camps were not worth doing research on? They thought scouting camp was nothing new than XXX (差不多就是说女童子军没啥特别的，词用的很复杂勉强读懂了。有一个选项是Scholars don't think that topic was interesting enough to do research我觉得是迷惑选项。逻辑链是这样的：专家们认为女童子军没啥特别的，所以也搞不出什么有趣的理论，所以没有人研究。那归根究底，没有人研究是因为专家们认为女童子军没啥特别的）

2. Flanders women
(1) Which one of the following choice is not a flaw mentioned in the first paragraph?第一段里有4个flaws,选剩下的那个。注意选项都是rephrase，要自己理解一下
(2) The author will agree the most with which of the statement by Iterson? 纯细节题，包含取反，且选项都很长。。如果文章没有读懂或者时间不够建议放弃。。。
(3) What can be infered from Nicholas's difficulty in finding adequate documentation? 我好像选的是no proof of guardianship over women 就是同一段里往后找细节

3. feminist vs women right
(1) 以下说法哪一项是正确的？Men living during that period were also influenced by the feminist movement(文章中有细节提到men & women的传记里都提到了当时的女权运动，所以我认为当时的男性肯定也是有被影响到，不然不会在自己的传记里提到。注意看其他选项，如果有其他选项在文中出现，要自己排除。我这个答案有点勉强了，但其他都太不对了）
(2)What can be infered from the article? Prove debts to their predecessor

4. 公司治理污染的好处(1) purpose: new approach to an existing problem
(2) what is the opportunity cost of pollution? The opportunities forgone because of pollution (opportunity cost的经济学定义就是这个啊！为什么之前没有构筑提到过。。就像买包包的机会成本就是由于买包而错失的买其他东西的机会。。。选项里有lost due to pollution,但我没有选。cost 和 opportunity cost还是有区别的）
