The Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst invites applications for its Ph.D. program in Management Science/Operations Management for Fall 2016 admissions. Students accepted to the program receive at least 4-years of research assistantship  which covers tuition fees, health insurance and a monthly stipend. Admissions are highly competitive.
