今天读了扇贝新闻，下午会做一套prep数学
本周总结：
本周六天平均每天学习4小时32分钟，5星期以来最低。

原因：星期一因为不可抗因素没有学习，星期五上午看病，能专心学习的其他天因为睡觉比较多或者中途时间休息过长导致学习总时间短。

每周的问题都差不多，看来我没有好好吸取教训改正 看到在职的战友们都能高效的学习，我真的是。。。

顺便提醒备考的小伙伴们，一定不要长时间坐着，坐一会就要站起来活动活动，或者站着学习一会儿也好。坐姿站姿什么的也要端正，这样才能避免脊柱受伤。我就是因为长时间坐着还姿势不对导致腰椎间盘突出，这个病不能根治还常常去医院，浪费好多时间和钱大家一定要以我为戒啊！！另外，吊单杠和游泳都对脊柱比较好。

I felt so tired yesterday, so I just corrected a part of incorrect items of math test and read two shanbei news.

today's plan:

review 5 lists of vocab in foundation
review a "reading team"
two shanbei news(+one additional news)
take a math test and correct them(I have taken a test but have not corrected them)listening to one piece of sss


total hours: 5 hours and 48 mintes

I began to study late(9:30 am or 3:30 pm) these days, so total hours of study were not much. I need to change this situation.

周总结：
本周六天平均每天学习时间：5小时48分钟。虽然时间不多，但比起上周有进步。

本周不想学习的情况减少，估计是因为要考试了。但学习总量仍然比较少，主要是因为早、中、晚开始学习的时间点比较晚。下周一定要改进。

本周开始做prep的数学部分才知道上次数学考得那么差不仅仅是1.因为题目读不懂，2.很久不做数学所以很生疏；还因为3.读题慢；4.没有思路；5.没有用最简单的方法解题。现在正在做prep的第一套的数学部分。等把第一套全部题都掌握后试试prep第二套，如果还是很差，可能就得系统的看bible了。感觉考出GMAT变得更艰巨了，光是数学就要花不少时间来复习，更不要说verbal了。。。
