不好意思啊，我还有一个地方不明白，就是为什么不选择B呢？如果很多人得病了不用药，不能称之为“failure to take this medication as prescibed”吗？

D能理解，但是E选项，说收取费用的，我觉得也是造成人们不会take perxicillin的一个因素呀，望解答
