几道没有标准答案的真题，大家帮忙看看吧。十分没有把握。

看来大家都认为第2题是E，但其实应该是D。我本人就是搞电信的。

刚刚想了一下，考虑到题干是LONG DISTANCT FIBER-OPTIC TELECOM NETWORK，看来还是E对。我本来的想法有点问题。

第一题分析的是政府加税跟政府收入的关系，sonya认为加税不会使香烟的售价高到影响消费的程度，因此只要消费不降，政府的收入就会因加税而增加。但R指出另一种可能：即加税导致的价格升高会使一部分消费者购买走私烟，即实际上加了税之后的正路的香烟的购买量会减少，从而有可能导致政府的收入下降。（注意:只是有可能）这样R就提出另外的一种可能性。B似乎是正确答案。

第二题：争议只在D与E，E说明生产商在研制新的regenerator,比原来的更好。但依然是用regenerator技术，而light-line就是主要的生产商，surely it can develope similar regerators，并不对结论构成攻击。而D提出新的技术不用光纤传递，that will directly put light-line out of business,因此选D。

此题的关键在于：作者认为regenerator这种技术的运用会导致该产品的主要厂商发达。所以最有力的攻击是如果新技术淘汰了regererator，那么light-line的日子还会好过吗？

第三题是个性与共性的关系。is one of a group of closely related plants that thrive in soil ...说明这一类plants都可以在这样的土壤里生长。而Agronomists只研究了这一类中的一种，发现histidine含量高，那么，如果这一类都是histidine含量高，不就充分证明了这类plant能够在这种土壤中存活的原因吗？所以应该选C

关于16题

请注意结论的特殊性：if new long-distance fiber-optic telecommunications networks are constructed. 也即要建的是有 fiber-optic 的网络，没有 fiber-optic 的情况全部是无关选项。所以D错。对于E。regenerators是解决信号衰减的问题，尔该公司垄断了regenerators的生产，如果如E所说，信号问题解决了，就不需要regenerators，该公司能否从建网络中得益就会受到怀疑，所以为答案。

多谢lawyer，看题的时候漏看了if new ....这段，的确，有了这句就限定了讨论的范围，答案D变成了out of scope。

看来还是得仔细。

我觉得D是有因有果、无因无果的加强方式，有histidine --> 能存活，无histidine --> 不能存活，所以加强结论
