【急问机考T查分】

我机考完也有8、9天了，我电话查分时输入正确的confirmation number和month of birth,date of birth,系统提示“can't locate my score”并建议我如果这些信息正确的话，请打客服电话咨询。                                                                                                                  

我想问如果我输入的信息是正确的话，如果分没出来时，系统是提示“unavailable”还是“can't locate”呢？我查G成绩时是“unavailable”

如果我的month、date of birth 报名时添错了，该怎么查分了?

call ETS customer service and ask them if your mark is available yet.

it takes about a week for your score to become avaiable, excluding the weekend and holidays.

谢谢，打了几次，现在终于可以听到unavailale,都考10天了，怎么还不能查成绩了？电话送成绩多长时间可以到学校啊？
