请问原文那个部分能表明选项E呢？

还是不懂，版主写的这句话和答案E说的不是一回事情平，一个是评估成功的可能性，一个是比较不同的解决方案的效果，请再指点

我认为，他们两者在意思上是一致的：对不同的解决方案进行评估以考虑其效果。

目标——可能出现的问题——不同的解决方法——每种方法成功的可能性——。。。

likelihoods是复数，所以应该不能简单的理解为——“一个是评估成功的可能性”，而是评估“不同的解决方案”成功的可能性
