2016 HKUST (香港科技大学) MBA申请咨询答疑

Hey Ricky,

Im also planning to apply HKUST MBA programme (full -time / part - time). Here's my case:
I have been working as oil trader in one of the biggest commodities trading companies in oil industry for 4 years.
Before that i worked as operation and analyst for one year in singapore for another trading house.
And referring to my education level, i got my undergraduate degree from one of the business schools in Canada .
Thus, IELTS or TOFEL can be waived.
Currenly im preparing my GMAT as working for full time basis.
So based on your experience, what's my target of GMAT score in order to apply HKUST mba and how much time i need to prepare the test?

first of all you need to consider you want to choose FT or PT, your working experience is not long but you have internatioanl experience which is advantage for you.

it is suggested that you get a minimum score of 680. if you want to get shcolarship, you need to get higher, but it is only my personal suggestion. it is not guarantee it depends on the overall package such as GPA/Work experience/ interview ......

the preparation time for GMAT is different for different people, for most of the candidates, it requires a two to three months of intense and high efficient preparation.

请问深圳MBAP从17年开始全部变为春季入学了么？秋季班是否还会存在？在官网没有看到这方面信息；
现在申请17年春季时间上稍有点来不及，如果17有秋季那是最合适的。

你好，深圳 MBAP 是17年1月入学，第二轮截至日期是今年的6月30日，现在申请还来得及。官网 mbabw.ust.hk 上的 admission event 里有说 "The new intake will be commenced from January 2017."

有个问题一直犹豫要不要申请sz pt。学校对于pt和ft的课程设置以及可以选择的课程等都有哪些差别？还有pt和ft在networking上的机会等是不是会有什么不同呢
