这是我写的第一篇。你帮我review过,再次感谢!


针对你的提纲,我有几点想法和你分享。


1。显然你的观点和我的正好相反。只要能自圆其说,我想都是可以的。


2。论点一in which way can this kind of information serve as a solid evidence? need to be more specific and then dig out one more reasons why such information is a primary source in judging qualifications.


3. 论点二too short might not be a good reason.What about emphasis on objectiveness of interviewers, which is very hard to overcome.

1. For technical or engineering specific jobs, resume should play a more crucial role than interview.

2. For general management jobs, interview is much more important than resume since what matters most may not show on resume.
