Yes, y=2x can also result in integer value y for any integer value x. According to the 原始稿，the answer is E. 狗主 may not be able to remember the whole question and there may be some variations indeed. I would suggest you to check if there's any variation in your GMAT exam. The concept for this question is very simple - just substitute any integer value x and then you should also have integer value y. If not, that should not be the answer. Thank you for your reply.

楼主，我觉得210答案应该是y=根号3x，只有在原点（0,0）的时候才过一个整数点，其他时候都不是，不知道对不对哈
