读得顺吗？我觉得tony说得很对，任何增加理解难度的选项，不是个好选项。上面主谓宾很清楚。比较的是主语，不是charge这个动作。3倍多比较的是学校，不是钱，也不是如何charge的，主语不能省略。

说实话，这题我还是很迷惑，因为如果选D，句子也不像OG187（four times as many Americans were killed as would later be killed）和OG132（nearly eight million people, as many as are enrolled）那样容易理解，但是tania说的也很有道理。。。哎，完全没主意了

模考是练流程的.我不推荐kaplan,推荐PP3.
