22题没有选错，但是我40题选成d了，22题中in the northwestern 也有the，另外，大全上关于将as small  clear改为as a   small  clear的解释是，单数名词不能单独存在，可是我觉得前面的small，clear应该算是修饰成分了

as small  clear改为as a   small  clear的解释是对的.clear是修饰成分但不是限定成分 northwestern Minnesota 没错，可以这样表示=the northwestern part of Minnesota city
