不过还是不清楚究竟appintment number 是什么?我有两个号码,一个是什么id,霸八位的,还有一个是comfirmaiton number,本身就是16位的,不过开头一位是8.究竟应该是哪一个啊?

it should be 8 digits, but then you have to add 00000000 in front of it

sometimes you can give them either one of them. if the first one doesn't work, they will ask if you have any other numbers
