关于Q29 找到07年的一个古1. A proposal of building a railway line to one of the terminals, East or West.  Since the East terminal constitute 60% of the travaler to this airport, somebody has proposed that the railway should be connecting to East terminal.
Evaluation: My choice: How big of a portion of the travelors to this airport are transit passagers only.
我还觉得比其他答案靠谱，因为如果60%的passenger大多是是中转的话就不用坐火车出去了，实际上真正坐火车的人可能比west的还少
