请问有蛮多insider talk 说IMD第一career service 大换血，新的工作人员没有经验。第二把每年汇总毕业生收入的数据换成三年平均，用来掩盖2015年收入的大幅下降。
你们怎么看这些说法呢？

你说的是QP上面老外的一些说法吧。信息比较旧了，今年感觉还行啊，不过我们正式找工作还没开始没啥感觉。目前讲summer intern倒是Career service做的蛮好的。每个人至少一个以上的offer吧。

1) It is always your own responsibilities to get a job within 11 months time, the career servies team does help you a bit, but you are always the one who matters

2)2015 career services report has been uploaded in the IMD MBA website, kindly have a look there.

感谢各位不吝解答。我对IMD的项目还是挺有兴趣的。
有一个关于教育部认证的问题。
虽然IMD广受认可，但是我还是想确认一下没有教育部的Blessing。
能不能教育部认证，对于回国发展或者创业确实有一点点影响（如创业的税收、1线城市落户）。
我查过相关帖子，IMD在主页上的介绍已经改为：
Is the IMD MBA degree recognized?
Yes, the IMD MBA degree is recognized internationally and accredited by the AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.
已经没有之前的洛桑大学的字眼，请问有师兄/姐成功做过教育部认证吗？谢过。

这个问题我也很关心。据说以前是不行的。我今年入学时就与中国大使馆驻瑞教育部取得了联系，他们目前不太确定这个问题。我也跟学校联系希望学校能够协助。我也跟中国驻日内瓦使团反馈过这个问题。目前还没有联系的中国驻Bern的大使馆的教育参赞。等summer break回去之后我会推进一下这个事情。Maybe我可能赶不上了，但希望通过我的一些工作为后面的同学解决这个问题。

1) That's true. But maybe  － you could have even more offers and better pay, if the CS Team really helps.
2) Every school should upload their career service report on a yearly basis. I found 2-pager from IMD is not so informative compared to other schools.

没有否认这是好学校，只是想证实下网上的说法。

I think Julia is highly experienced on MBA career service. Now we gotta 3 people on career service. I don't know other school but IMD is famous for alumni network, which means you can find any industry your are interested in and talk with alumni. The best thing I was impressed is no matter how high position the alumni is in, she/he will put real quality time to talk with you. At least I got full time offer already not only one but many. I don't know other people, but basically is the same. That is why Gary said it's really depends on you, cuz you can find better job than relay on career service. If you have further questions about career, you are more than welcome to ask.
PS: last year still got people who do not have job, not because they cannot find one, is because they want to pursue their dreams. That's why IMD cannot release career data cuz we only have 90 people, one person may have big change to number.

关于教育部认证的问题，我记得此前坛子里有贴子专门讨论过并且得出了结论，特意翻了下贴出来：

Hi guys,

想請問一下這屆CEP (Company Engagement Project)的狀況 主要想趁開學還有幾個月先開始規劃一下這段時間要怎麼利用

對於這個項目 評價似乎是比較兩極的

正面的說法是 你可以透過這個項目去接觸你有興趣的產業以及工作內容 其實說穿了就是為期4-5周的intern

但反面的說法是 CEP多半都是不支薪的 另外有些公司也沒有特別撥預算或者是調配人力去幫助做CEP的IMD學生 所以甚至有些情況學生還必須自己支付一些費用

我自己的看法是 如果你很清楚未來想做什麼 那麼我寧可會利用這4-5周時間準備interview, networking with potential employeers 來的實際點

不知道有沒有什麼insider info?
