我今天也听这课了，我本开和你有同样的困惑。但你看，a中like+noun+prep phrase肯定错，排除；b中，怎么能把any star和hydrogen并列呢？语义不合适；首先，cde的语法都是没问题的，所以要一个一个看：c意思it指的是hydrogen，这时候可以比对原句（a）发现改变了原文意思，先不选，而且重点是请看后面and eventually ejecting，它被逗号隔开了，但它并不是一个独立完整的句子，要是表伴随的话and多余，要是并列的话逗号多余，排除；d中又拿any star和hydrogen并列了，语义不合适，排除；e中it和原句一样指的是sun，而且后面will expand and eventually eject语法正确。后面的will eject可省略will。
ron也说了这里pronoun ambiguity并不是issue，因为每个选项都有it，但我们通过原句可以了解是指the sun，我的个人想法是看原句然后确定句义。
