我题型是不是理解错了，从国外论坛上搜下的一道题！

When initial repairs are inadequate, therefore, it is not because the mechanics lack competence; rather, there is clearly a level of focused concentration that complex repairs require that is elicited more reliably by rework jobs than by first-time jobs.

看到这个题，答案是A。。
我的问题是，在ARGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION题型中，premise难道不应该是文中已经提到的么，只是换一种说法而已，来支持结论。
这里结论是，rework不是因为第一遍工人做的不好，只是复杂维修REWORK更CONCENTRATION，比第一遍更RELIABLE。。。

A是，做第一遍和第二遍的会员在本质上没什么区别。。
这个怎么能证明结论呢。而且文中没说MEMBERSHIP的事儿啊。。。

我是不是把这种提醒理解错了。。。
这种题是不是和ASSUMPTION AND 结论不是一回事儿啊！

这题的逻辑是现象解释：（前提，果）某个现象发生，（结论，因）不是因为A，而是因为B
前提：也不是因为C

看起来有点儿无聊，有时候Gmat题真就这么无聊。
