感谢回复，楼主考虑过，确实是一个选择。S&OP 总是可以转，但是随着楼主慢慢变老，MBA也就慢慢变得不可能了。

总是想着趁还年轻，折腾一下。

在demand side 的最好是marketing，或者是公司运营。

The overall profile is good. The decision of pursuing an MBA at this point makes sense to me. Don't worry about UG gpa, which is unchangeable. Get as high GMAT as possible and provide necessary justification, if any. Focus on your strengths. Make sure your essay get your ideas accurately across. Brand yourself as a mature, thougtful applicant with profound industry expertise, strong leadership experience and transferrable skills. Convince AOs that you will be well-positioned for your career goal with the help of THE MBA (so make sure you do understand the highlights of different programs and put it in a way that they look like THE ONE for you).

I won't be too concerned. kellogg and Tuck are reasonal targets as long as you do everything right from now on.

你想多了，读MBA的有PhD title的人大有人在，你的背景不小众。

加油吧。关键是想清楚你想以后做什么，再研究去哪个学校。我觉得Kellogg或Tuck是很make sense的。如果你非常想去，那就再选一两个保底的，比如Darden，Duke什么的。
