how to get the code of University??

I got my office score report today..but the section of "you scores have been sent to institution below" is empty...I have to sent my score to University myself..

I would like to ask 2 question:

1. how can I get the code of University? I saw some code of University in my Toefl official score report and I would like to make sure that my TOEFL have been sent to the school...

2. is the code of University in TOEFL score report the same as that in GMAT report?
