就是说公司本身如果想要做到跟outsourcing一样好，必须有一个专家级别的manager，跟题目明显无关！~

这道题比较贴近实际。
大概2004年左右国际上大喊外包（中国突然之间成立了很多对日软件外包公司就是一个例子），热了一段时间后大家发现外包的最大缺点就是B选项所说的内容。
根据背景知识也可以选出B。
GMAT中这样的题应该不多吧。
