问：问什么能确定答案一定是B, 如果说“北美最大的炼油中心”可以提供最多的工作机会的话，为什么最大程度带动LA经济大展的汽车工业就不可能是雇佣劳动力最多的行业呢？最大的炼油中心，是和其他炼油中心相比而得出的结论，它与与其跨行业的“汽车生产业”的雇佣工人数量是如何相比的呢？我认为：最能够促进经济发展的行业一定是该城市利润最高的行业，而利润最高的行业才是最有雇佣能力的行业，所以我选C

我也有这个困惑，对于这个题我选不出答案，前面还有一句，说的是hollywood, not only provide jobs（大概的意思），很迷惑人，想来想去也没有找到文章中哪里再出现job相关的信息。类似的问题还有几个，文章中根本就没有明确提出，如果严格遵守傻子原则的话，根本选不出答案：（

就从这一句话中看出来,考T不是考研和四六级,T的题目一定是一幕了然的,想太多的话,时间会不够的,要调整一下态度,ETS相比于那些四六级和考研的阅读出题人来说,还是厚道多了.呵呵

请注意：。。。was directly linked to the automobile.，而不是automobile manufacturing，所以一定要注意原文中描述的内容，不是我们想象的内容。
