22. We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker.

Ever since we engaged into our jobs, we would spend almost one third or even more of our time on it, day after day, year after year. Working seems to have occupied a considerable portion of our life. So working within a congenial team will make you feel at home. To say this, everyone would have his own criteria to evaluate his companions. To my opinion, the most significant characteristics of a good co-work involve respect, honesty and the will to help. In the following discussion, I would like to reason and provide evidence to support my standpoint.

First of all, no character is more important than respect. It comprises respect for other’s work, habits, conventions, privacy and so forth. More and more chances, we may probably work with people from different background, different countries, different culture. There is no possibility to get along well with others without respect. Hardly could we imagine that a team is able to complete its task without a harmonious ambience among the team members. Respect, however, is a key to good relationship. Only a person is aware of respect, he would be easier to tolerate and understand others and acclaimed by his colleagues. Thus I would like to say, showing respect is a good start for people who want to begin their relationship.

Secondly, honesty is another head and chief characteristic that I have chosen to put here. Honesty is the best policy. No one who always has the intension to cheating could be trusted by others. Consequently, he won’t have the opportunity to make friend with others. More worse,(想说：更糟的是…不知道是不是该这样用？) he is likely to be alienated by the most.

In addition, a good colleague should be eager to help others, acting as a friend. Sometimes trouble is inevitable, so a good co-work is always willing to give his hand to people who arr in plight（能用这个词吗？）. And the help from a colleague might be the most effective way to help someone get out of troubles（想换一个词，但一时没想出来）.

Admittedly, there are many other important characteristics for a good co-worker, humor, reliability, and so on. But taking into account of all the factors I quoted above, I strongly insist that the characteristics of respect, honesty and will to help far overweigh the others.

正如大笨所说得那样，现在写作文的时候明显感觉想不起好的词，看别人的文章时都认识，可到自己写的时候就怎么也想不起来了，满脑子尽只有些初中生都知道的词，真是头痛阿

这个月就要考了，现在作文是我的一大焦虑.....

正如大笨所说得那样，现在写作文的时候明显感觉想不起好的词，看别人的文章时都认识，可到自己写的时候就怎么也想不起来了，满脑子尽只有些初中生都知道的词，真是头痛阿

这个月就要考了，现在作文是我的一大焦虑.....

用词还得靠平时多写，多总结，作笔记也是一个办法。但考试时首先要保证用词的准确性，其次才是多样性。比如文中的comprise，这个词的主动时用法和被动时用法的差别是很明显的。
