有多少人会选择Suffolk?

感觉上今年很多XDJM和我一样，拿到了Suffolk的offer,而且好像好多都是全奖，同时也拿到了其他一些更好学校的ad,由于在国内的还存在签证问题，或者由于资金问题，Suffolk还是很有吸引力的。这毕竟是一个艰难的决策，眼看签证的日子一天天靠近，在此想问一下，大家是怎么选择的？有多少人会选择Suffolk?

I do. I don't have visa problem and I don't care too much about money.

I choose Suffolk because I think it is good for me and I like Boston.

I have not made the decision T.T Location is indeed attractive. What I am not sure is the reputation about Suffolk, whether is good enough in Boston area.

surprisingly found some discussion on Boston's MSA and MBA programs.

there are people who say that Bentley is not in the same league as Babson, BC and BU.

Suffolk is not even discussed there.

看来要这样判断一个学校的好坏真的不容易。betterbest,你看过以后可不可以把你的感受和印象告诉我们啊？

Bentley and Suffolk fall into teaching university, while BC and BU are reseach-oriented university though not top. It is ture that the former and the latter are not in the same league in that they have totally different focuses and tasks. If you want to go academia, sure top research university is the first choice. But if you just want to land a job in industry, it depends. In such situations, say, you attach more importance on the " sense of honor" when mentioning your school, probablly you should choose BU BC kind of shcools coz more people are familar with their names. Otherwise, not really.

suffolk ,bentley 和bc, bu比当然差了,suffolk也不如bentley,学校不大,街边上几座楼. boston地区只有bc,neu,bentley,suffolk有MSA,按学校名气排,也就是这样了.要说位置bc,neu,suffolk都不错,交通方便地铁直达.
