Good to hear from you!
You seem to have a lot of questions. And I hope I can help to answer some of them.

So a few first thoughts - First of all, it is hard to evaluate your profile with only a hypothetical GMAT, and much easier with a real GMAT. But let’s just say that if you get anything that is like a 730 or higher, I think you will be fine applying for S16 schools, also with some M7 too (although I would not not ONLY M7 because of the GPA).

If your goal is to continue to move up in your industry to higher management roles, then that is a great goal for you. You are in an excellent industry, which is hiring lots, and these years of experience you gain before you head back to China can be invaluable.

As for the tuition, you can either get loans, which you will pay back once you begin working, or you can aim for scholarships. If you aim for scholarships though, this usually means compromising on your school selection (because usually the lower-ranked schools will offer you more money than the higher-ranked ones, in order to entice you).

Kellogg can be a great option for you, as can Tuck and Columbia. But also basically any of the other S16 schools can be great. There are some schools that have a bit more of healthcare related programs and courses (Haas, Duke, UNC, Kellogg), but I don’t know if you need to make a decision based on that.
