请问NN，这句是习语还是其中的X，Y要用issue中间的名词去替代？急啊！20号考试～

应该是ISSUE中的问题，比如请外部顾问还是听内部员工建议那道题：

只能说：When the advantage and disadvantage of 请外部顾问 and 听内部员工建议 are carefully compared

而不能只说是：When the advantage and disadvantage of X and Y are carefully compared吧。呵呵
