I don't think you should or need to retake the  GMAT. A 750 will not help you more than a 730. But a better application will.

As for your other questions. CEIBS is the most internationally recognized school of the three, and it can be an option, but only if you are sure to remain in China. And of course it carries less prestige than a Top MBA from the US. But if it makes sense for personal reasons, then it might be good for you.
